We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mr House.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@mrhouse.com.au within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
